Refund Policy

The 30-day access package costs R35 and includes 500 AI credits. The R15 top-up adds 500 AI credits and does not add access days. Payments are once-off; there is no automatic renewal.

If a payment is confirmed but access or credits are not allocated, contact SharperX with the payment reference so we can investigate and correct the account.

Refund requests are assessed in line with applicable South African consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase, including whether digital access or credits were delivered or used. Nothing in this policy excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
