Digital Delivery Policy

SharperTime provides digital app access and lesson-video streaming access. No physical products are shipped.

After PayFast confirms payment, the server updates the account balance, service type and 30-day expiry. The app and website dashboard display active tutor access, video access, days remaining and remaining usage allowances.

If access does not update after a confirmed payment, contact support with the PayFast payment reference.
