Digital Delivery Policy

SharperTime is a digital service. No physical product is shipped.

After payment confirmation, the R35 package activates 30 days of access and adds 500 AI credits to the account. The R15 top-up adds 500 AI credits and does not change the access expiry date. There is no automatic renewal.

Access and credits are delivered to the SharperTime account associated with the purchaser’s verified email. Allow a short period for the payment provider to confirm a transaction. If a confirmed payment is not reflected, contact support with its reference.

The Android canvas app download is provided separately from account access. It requires a compatible Android device and a valid SharperTime account for online features.
