Platform status and registration

SharperTime is launching soon. The public website is available for information and product review, but new registration and paid access are not currently open. When registration is enabled, users must provide accurate information and use the service only through the official SharperTime process.

Services

SharperTime provides educational support for Grade 12 Mathematics through guided practice, hints, diagnostic feedback, automated assistance and lesson-video content. The planned paid access options combine tutor features and lesson-video access; they are not separate products.

Payments and access

When checkout opens, the R35 plan will provide 30 days of combined Grade 12 Mathematics tutor access and lesson-video access, together with a standard AI usage allowance with a service value of R5. The R50 plan will provide 30 days of the same combined access, together with an enhanced AI usage allowance with a service value of R14.

AI usage allowances are for use within SharperTime only. They are not cash and are not transferable or refundable. Each plan's tutor and lesson-video access remains active for 30 days after activation. The applicable AI usage allowance can be used until the plan expires or until it is exhausted, whichever comes first. The applicable price, plan benefits and checkout conditions will be shown before any payment is requested.

Payments, when enabled, may be processed through PayFast. A payment is not considered complete until SharperTime receives confirmation through the applicable payment process.

No official certification

SharperTime does not issue official marks, examination results, qualifications, permits, approvals or professional sign-offs.

User responsibility

You must check automated explanations and lesson content against textbooks, teachers, official curriculum documents and assessment requirements. Do not rely on SharperTime for high-stakes academic decisions or as a substitute for a qualified educator.

Account security

When accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out through your account. SharperTime may restrict or suspend access for suspected abuse, fraud, duplicate identity details, security threats or policy violations.

Availability and changes

Features, content, prices and launch timing may change as SharperTime is prepared for release. Any plan purchased after launch will be governed by the benefits and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
